Introduction
to Pre-KT™
A
four hour course on "getting to the kitchen table" via
the SMARTS™ system. This is a comprehensive
overview of the approach, methods, and tools that increase your
ability to prospect and set appointments. |

Two
Day (Onsite) Pre-KT™ Workshop
A
deep dive on the nuts and bolts of setting up a strategic marketing
system that gets you to the Kitchen Table. It explains the conceptual
and practical application of systems, tools and techniques, within
the context of the SMARTS™ strategy.
Key topics include: strengths-based strategic marketing, application
of cognitive behavioral techniques to manage sales-call reluctance,
personal branding, network leveraging, market pipeline management,
applied mature market segmentation.
The end goal of this hands-on workshop is to provide each sales
person with a very practical, customized, and executable personal
marketing strategy that produces of appointments. |

Introduction
to the Kitchen Table™
A
two hour course that focuses on the art and science of the Kitchen
Table conversation, using the SMARTS™
system. This is a step-by-step method that develops your ability
to establish credibility and connection with the client. You will
learn the fundamentals of how to develop your own effective personal
style of inquiry and product presentation. |

One
Day (Onsite) KT™ Workshop
A
companion piece to the two day pre-KT training. It covers the conceptual
and practical implementation of the SMARTS™
system.
This is 20% theory, 80% practical coaching on the fundamentals of
effective presentation (the "form-content" mix &mdash
addressing topics such as story structure and delivery, use of visual
tools, verbal and non-verbal language, and the latest applications
of neuroscience research and how this makes you more effective at
the Kitchen Table.)
In addition, this will also include an introduction to the T.I.E.S.
Quotient™which is a measure of KT effectiveness.

Introduction to Post-KT™
A
one day in-depth post-kitchen strategy — essentially the fundamentals
of "internal" marketing, network building, personal brand
leverage, cross-selling, and building effective referral pipelines.
The key concept in this module is understanding the theory, dynamics,
and application of Customer Engagement as a pivotal tool in your
post-kitchen strategy. The T.I.E.S. Quotient™
serves as a guiding framework to establishing mastery of this critical
(yet often neglected) phase of the business. |

These are essentially visual story boards that simplify the reverse mortgage concept (following the S.M.A.R.T.S™ approach), highlighting the key features and benefits of your product menu. This helps minimize information overload. These story aids/visual props allow you to focus deeper (and more effectively) on the emotional issues and obstacles that can often surface at the kitchen table. |
