What did Monte do to make his "sales appointment" with you successful?
"He really listened and gave his full attention to me. It made me feel important." |
What causes people of your (survivor) generation to "choose" sacrifice over "making themselves more comfortable?"
"We remember the Great Depression, and would rather go without than jeopardize our future. Especially, when we don't have the time to recover, if we make a big mistake." |
To what do you contribute your ability to "celebrate the opportunities of aging"?
I commit to accomplishing something everyday. Even if it's a small thing. I do stuff. I keep connected to people. Make someone else feel special.
